So that DWR can undertake the 2024-2026 Proposed Geotechnical Activities in compliance with the June 20, 2024, court ruling, DWR submitted a certification of consistency with the Delta Plan for the 2024-2026 Proposed Geotechnical Activities proposed action on October 8, 2024.

According to the DSC regulations, materials relevant to this certification will be posted on their website (https://coveredactions.deltacouncil.ca.gov), if the certification is appealed, an appeal hearing will be held followed by the issuance of a determination on the appeal.
